Leadership is not taught through theoretical lectures—it is internalized through responsibility, accountability, and empathy. The Prefectorial Board at IPS Girls Patna is elected annually through a transparent democratic process involving student speeches, peer voting, and faculty board interviews.
From conducting daily morning assemblies to coordinating inter-house tournaments and voicing student ideas to the Principal, our student leaders learn to organize, delegate, and inspire.
