1. Purpose of Data Processing

- Processing student admission registrations, baseline assessments, and enrollment records.

- No student photos or achievements are published without prior parental media consent recorded in the admission agreement.

Right to Access Summary
Request a summary of your child's personal data processed by the school.
Right to Correction & Updating
Correct misleading, incomplete, or out-of-date records at any time.
Right to Erasure (Forgotten)
Request data erasure for non-admitted enquiries once the admission cycle closes.
Right of Grievance Redressal

4. Data Retention & Secure Destruction
Personal lead data submitted through online enquiry or brochure download forms is retained for a maximum of 36 months for admission audit reconciliation. After this term, prospective leads are permanently anonymized. Academic records of enrolled students are retained as required by CBSE affiliation bylaws.
